Number 1 setup

I had a few requests on how i created a recent display with a light up 1. So ive created this tutorial to show you how. In this tutorial I also show you how to attach your garland using fishing line instead of command hooks.

In this tutorial I used:

5", 12" and 18" kalisan balloons (olive, candy pink, lilac and macaron yellow)
