Its all about having a laugh. In this tutorial/episode of BIWB TV hahaha, Shae, from blow me away North Wales shows us how to make the famous valentines heart.
What you'll need:
-5" kalisan balloons. (The balloons used were macaron pink, candy pink, Mirror pink, fuscia, red and mirror red)
-3 meter length of 15ml pipe
-Hair dryer
-Gorilla tape
-Electric pump
