In this tutorial I show you how to create a balloon dome. In this tutorial i used 5", 12", 18" and 24" kalisan balloons. I use every shade of green available within the Kalisan range.
I also use 2 sides of my pipe and drape stand and a not lamp stand.
Hello....how much do you charge for this? I think you said you charged per garland in this and there is 12! What is your price per garland?
How do you make tying the necks look so easy? that’s always a challenge for me.
