How to make Fringe

In this tutorial i show you how to make Fringe for your balloon displays using a plastic table cloth.

I used:

plastic Amscan table cloth

string

scissors

Fold your table cloth in half length ways and length ways again. Then fold that on itself.

Cut strips about 1 inch wide.

Tie string to two chairs.

Fold a strip in half, bend that over the string and pull the ends through the loop of the strip. Pull it tight and slide to end of the string.

Repeat the process for all your strips.

This will add added value to your displays.
