How to create a half hoop

In this tutorial i show you how i create my half hoop displays.

I used the following:

-12", 5" and 18" balloons.

- 260s

-The hoop I use is a 2meter one from Sandra's chair covers.

-Amazon parasol sand bags

-Florals from wedding mart.

The balloon colours I used are:

Tuftex cameo

kalisan white sand

Kalisan white sand inside sempertex satin pearl white

Kalisan desert sand inside sempertex satin pearl white

Qualatex coffee inside kalisan white sand
