In this tutorial i show you how to make a helium free tower on a not lamp stand.
I used:
not lamp with 5 poles
5", 12" balloons
24" balloon
balloon sizer
The sizes I used for the tower are:
9", 8", 7", 6", 5", 4.5", 4", 3", 4", 4.5", 5", 6", 7", 8"
