In this tutorial I show you how to do a garland display behind light up numbers/letters.
In this tutorial I used:
-12" Balloons
- 5" balloons
- 18" balloons
- command hooks
- 260s
Hi Bex! I've just started my business a few months ago and I'm not at the point where I can afford marquee light ups just yet. I do have a few pvc pipe numbers. How do you recommend attaching balloons to the side/back of those?
