In this tutorial I show you how you can create a display when no command hooks are used.
I have used one side of a pipe and drape stand, however you can use a not lamp if you dont have a pipe and drape.
I used:
-12", 5" and 18" balloons in the colours storm, navy, dusty rose and wild berry. All by Kalisan, from Proballoon shop. There is a discount code on the Instagram page.
