Basic air filled bubble balloon

In this tutorial i show you how to make a basic air filled bubble design.

what I used:

- 24" bubble balloon

- 12 x 5" balloons

- 260s

- Red and black vinyl (ordered from balloon market. Don't forget you have a discount code for balloon market)

- Hand pump

- Cricut maker 2 vinyl machine

- Scissors

- Low tack masking tape

- vinyl scraper
