In this turtorial i show you the updated version of a 5" mini garland.
Inflate a minimum of 25 pairs of 5" balloons inflated to approx 2". Take the air out of a 260, tie to one pair, leaving 2 inches at the end. criss cross each pair on top of each other. wrapping the 260 around 1 balloon of each new pair put on. when you get to the end tie the 260 with a neck on the top pair.
